Challenge: Their existing self-service ad management tool, designed to expedite service delivery, improve customer experience, and expand the user base, suffered from limited app performance, design, and usability.

Solution: We pruned and standardized datasets into unified reports and migrated their system, facilitating unique ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) runs while ensuring consistent data input into the tool.
