Challenge
Faced with a dual challenge, the company wanted to:
- Deliver a fast-tracked integration project for Warner Bros. to integrate HBO Max under a tight six-week deadline.
- Simultaneously develop a scalable CRM solution in HubSpot to support long-term growth.
While the HBO integration was urgent, the CRM was strategic. The client needed a single source of truth to manage resident data, property information, and streaming integrations. The HubSpot CRM would enable two-way data sync with the resident portal, feeding data to and from the system in real time. This gave the client full visibility and control at the admin level and ensured seamless coordination between the portal, HBO integration, and future service expansions. In short, the CRM became the data backbone holding the entire platform ecosystem together.

Additionally, they needed a customer portal, allowing multi-family residents to check eligibility and access entertainment services—a solution that required seamless integration with a CRM and streaming providers, and support for address-based data validation.
