Your Role
- Conduct 2nd interviews that will test the technical depth of candidates and their suitability for positions available
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the business needs promptly
- Be a vital part of the recruitment team
Requirements
- Senior Software Engineer with a deep understanding of data architecture, AI/ML integration, and backend systems
- Strong experience designing and deploying scalable, data-driven applications
- You have at least 5 years of experience working as an Engineer on projects at scale.
- You have hired other engineers to join your team in the past.
- You have worked in a high-growth dynamic company
Location
This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules.

Salary
Salary range: $50k - $120k annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.

Position Details
This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
