At Lumenalta, we partner with forward-thinking organizations to build technology solutions that scale, delight users, and accelerate business growth. Our global teams bring curiosity, commitment, and technical excellence to every project. We value transparency, autonomy, and impact—empowering every team member to do their best work.

We’re seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to support a growing portfolio of clients building and scaling complex, mission-critical Salesforce platforms. This role focuses on owning the technical foundations of Salesforce solutions — data models, security architecture, integrations, and engineering standards — with significant hands-on prototyping and proof-of-concept work in Health Cloud and OmniStudio. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that solutions across the platform are scalable, well-governed, and production-ready to serve more customers across complex, multifactor industries.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end technical architecture for Salesforce solutions across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and OmniStudio / Vlocity.
  • Design data and security models aligned with Master Data Management, Data Governance, Security, and Compliance standards.
  • Lead prototypes and proofs-of-concept, and resolve production challenges across Quoting, Clinical Documentation, Case Management, and Lead Management.
  • Translate requirements into scalable designs, balancing declarative configuration with custom development (Apex, LWC, OmniStudio).
  • Define and enforce engineering standards across offshore and onshore teams, including code review, release management, and CI/CD.
  • Design and govern integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware.
  • Champion documentation and standards that empower every team member to make the best design decision they can.
  • Mentor developers and administrators, and partner with stakeholders to embed architecture across the full program.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong, hands-on experience architecting and delivering complex Salesforce solutions with large teams — this is a deeply technical, platform-native role, not a purely product or advisory one.
  • 7+ years of substantial experience delivering Salesforce solutions, including hands-on technical architecture and design ownership.
  • Deep proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce declarative tooling (Flows), with sound judgment on when to use each.
  • Demonstrated experience designing data models, security/sharing models, and integration architectures on the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tooling — REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder Certifications, plus Health Cloud Specialist Superbadge — required.
  • Strong general business acumen and a proven history of managing complex processes and solutions across multi-layered projects.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to work cross-functionally as architecture touches every part of the project, not as a standalone function; advanced English fluency, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic, and outcome-oriented.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect certification.
  • Salesforce Solution Architect or Copado Fundamentals I certifications.
  • Experience with Copado, Conga, Agiloft, Own (formerly OwnBackup), and OwnSecure.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices — version control (Git), CI/CD, and tools such as Salesforce DX or Gearset.
  • AI literacy to guide adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities (e.g., Agentforce, Einstein) within client solutions.
  • Previous startup company experience.
