Future Opportunity Role – Talent Pipeline

This is a future opportunity role. We continuously meet talented engineers to support upcoming client projects. While there may not be an immediate opening, qualified candidates may be considered for future engagements.

What we're working on:

Enterprise companies turn to us to help them launch innovative digital products that interact with hundreds of millions of customers, transactions and data points. The problems we solve every day are real and require creativity, grit and determination. We are building a culture that challenges norms while fostering experimentation and personal growth. In order to grasp the scale of problems we face, ideally, you have some exposure to Healthcare, Health Insurance, Group Benefits, or other complex multifactor industries.

As a Salesforce Solutions Lead, you'll provide technical leadership across the Salesforce technology domain, partnering closely with B2B Marketing and Sales and B2C Service teams. You'll learn how the business operates so you can elevate their capacity to serve more customers, with hands-on prototyping and proof-of-concept work in Health Cloud and OmniStudio at the heart of your day-to-day. You'll also dig into production issues across Quoting, Clinical Documentation, Case Management, and Lead Management solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to define technical scope for prototypes that accelerate solutions.
  • Deliver solutions and designs across Health Cloud Group Benefits and Administration, Vlocity components, Service Cloud, Health Cloud Care Management, and Scheduling.
  • Apply strategic thinking when making data model and security model changes, ensuring alignment with Master Data Management, Data Governance, Security, and Compliance guidelines and standards.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for business, operations, and technical coworkers, communicating clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Listen actively and ask specific questions to quickly understand the problems customers, members, and coworkers are facing.
  • Identify gaps between business processes and standard or custom Salesforce processes, providing solution options and recommendations that leverage standard Salesforce features whenever possible.
  • Champion documentation across off-shore and on-shore teams — establishing and maintaining the processes and standards that empower every team member to make the best design decision they can.
  • Demonstrate commitment to core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic, and outcome-oriented.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of substantial experience delivering Salesforce solutions with large teams.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder Certifications, plus Health Cloud Specialist Superbadge — required.
  • Strong general business acumen.
  • Proven history of managing complex processes and solutions across multi-layered projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in getting results through collaboration.
  • Advanced English fluency, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Copado, Conga, Agiloft, Own (formerly OwnBackup), and OwnSecure.
  • Salesforce Solution Architect or Copado Fundamentals I certifications.
  • Previous startup company experience.

Location

This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules.
