What We’re Working On

We’re collaborating with a visionary media platform that’s reshaping how global audiences discover and experience on-demand content. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Roku applications using BrightScript and SceneGraph.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, high-quality streaming experiences.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, analytics SDKs, and streaming services to enhance functionality.
  • Ensure smooth performance across devices, adhering to security and accessibility standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement in development processes.
  • Support release management, debugging, and CI/CD automation for production deployments.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience developing and releasing Roku/CTV applications in BrightScript.
  • Strong understanding of SceneGraph, Roku’s development tools, and publishing workflows.
  • Experience with streaming media integration, API communication, and user interface design for TV platforms.
  • Familiarity with Git, Agile delivery, and collaborative remote work environments.
  • A proactive problem-solver who values clean code, teamwork, and great user experiences.
  • Bonus: experience with other smart TV platforms (FireTV, Apple TV, AndroidTV) or front-end frameworks such as React or React Native.

Location

This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules.

Salary

Salary range: $60k - $100k annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.

Position Details

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
