What We’re Working On

We help organizations build resilient and scalable data foundations by managing the core reference data that drives operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and investment insight. Whether it’s securities, clients, or legal entities—our work ensures the right data is available at the right time across the business.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll play a central role in architecting and leading Security Master implementations, managing, validating, and distributing critical reference data across systems and teams.
  • Lead and architect end-to-end MDM and Security Master frameworks for securities, clients, legal entities, and complex financial instruments
  • Configure, customize, and enhance MDM platforms such as GoldenSource, Markit EDM, S&P EDM, AIM, Alveo, or SimCorp
  • Integrate and normalize market data from multiple vendors, leveraging APIs and deep knowledge of vendor data structures
  • Define and implement Golden Record strategies, including vendor consolidation, survivorship rules, and data merging logic
  • Establish and maintain data lineage, deduplication, version control, and audit-ready data quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with portfolio management, risk, operations, compliance, and trading teams to gather requirements and align solutions
  • Design data validation, enrichment, reconciliation, and exception handling workflows
  • Ensure Security Master data supports regulatory and compliance use cases, including trade monitoring, restricted lists, and employee disclosures
  • Partner with IT and architecture teams to ensure seamless integration with OMS, PMS, risk, and reporting platforms
  • Monitor data quality issues, drive resolution, and support ongoing governance and regulatory compliance
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Security Master data and contribute to enterprise data governance strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • You’re a Security Master veteran with hands-on experience leading or architecting Security Master implementations in complex financial environments.
  • You combine strategic thinking with technical proficiency and thrive in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experience managing Security Master data within asset or investment management organizations
  • Deep understanding of Golden Record concepts and merging disparate vendor data into a single authoritative instrument record
  • Hands-on expertise with MDM platforms such as GoldenSource, Markit EDM, S&P EDM, AIM, Alveo, or SimCorp
  • Strong fluency with market data vendors, their data models, and APIs
  • Expert knowledge of financial instruments (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, etc.) and security identifiers (ISIN, CUSIP, SEDOL, FIGI)
  • Understanding of SEC/FINRA regulatory contexts and the role of reference data in compliance and surveillance (e.g., trade monitoring, restricted lists, and employee disclosures)
  • Familiarity with APIs, ETL pipelines, and scripting (e.g., Python or SQL) for data integration and transformation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business, compliance, and technology teams
  • Experience working with downstream systems such as OMS, PMS, risk systems, and reporting platforms
  • Previous experience at an MDM product vendor or implementing MDM tools internally is a plus
  • Proven ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into structured, scalable data solutions
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
