Upcoming Project – Talent Pipeline
We are actively building a pipeline of experienced engineers for upcoming client projects, with some opportunities expected to begin as soon as possible. While start dates are dependent on project timing, this role reflects active hiring needs aligned with confirmed and anticipated work. Candidates who are not selected for the immediate opportunity may be transitioned into our evergreen talent pipeline and considered for future engagements.

Ideal candidates have exposure to Logistics, FinTech, Transportation, Insurance, Media, or similarly complex industries.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience (technical assessment will be required)
- Expert-level proficiency with Claude (Anthropic) and demonstrable experience building production workflows with Claude API, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI workflow design, and LLM integration patterns
- Solid programming fundamentals – language/stack agnostic (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar)
- Experience with API integration, automation frameworks, and workflow orchestration
- Comfortable hardcoding solutions when needed, but knows when to build vs. configure
Soft Skills & Mindset:
- Passionate advocate for AI tools – specifically Claude – with a genuine enthusiasm for teaching others
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences
- Self-directed problem solver who actively tests their own work and identifies edge cases
- Critical thinker who questions processes and pokes holes in assumptions to build robust solutions
- Empathetic collaborator who meets people where they are in their AI learning journey
- Professional, empathic, team player
- Proactive, go-getter mentality with a focus on enablement and knowledge sharing
Bonus Points:
- Experience conducting workshops, training sessions, or building internal enablement programs
- Background in developer experience, platform engineering, or internal tooling
- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol), function calling, or agent frameworks
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing technical roles
What You'll Be Doing:
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows and automation using Claude and related tools
- Serve as the go-to expert for Claude integration across projects and teams
- Enable and uplift colleagues by teaching AI best practices, without being a formal trainer
- Critically evaluate your own work and proposed solutions, identifying weaknesses before they become problems
- Balance thoughtful design with pragmatic execution – knowing when to hardcode and when to architect
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems
- Stay current on Claude updates, best practices, and emerging patterns in AI tooling
Location
This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in the United States and able to align with the Pacific, Central or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules.
