What we're working on:

We’re looking for a talented WordPress Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining our WordPress sites, ensuring performance optimization, security, and integration with our broader digital ecosystem. You’ll work closely with our design, product, and engineering teams to bring innovative web experiences to life.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance WordPress websites and themes.
• Build and customize plugins to extend functionality.
• Optimize site performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to translate requirements into well-engineered solutions.
• Implement responsive and SEO-friendly web designs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade legacy code.
• Ensure seamless integrations with APIs and third-party services.

Requirements

• Experience with WordPress development.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience with custom theme and plugin development.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Strong understanding of responsive design, SEO principles, and web performance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
