What We Are Looking For:

We seek an enthusiastic and driven Vice President of Client Strategy and Consulting to lead high-impact client engagements and drive our consulting practice to new heights. This is a hands-on leadership role for a strategic thinker passionate about building relationships, solving complex business challenges, and delivering exceptional results.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and clients to shape their technology roadmaps while contributing to Lumenalta’s growth by mentoring teams, expanding our client portfolio, and ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership: Build and nurture strong relationships with executive stakeholders to identify challenges, align on goals, and deliver tailored impactful solutions.
  • Strategic Consulting: Develop actionable strategies and roadmaps to address client needs, leveraging insights from business analysis and industry trends.
  • Team Growth: Mentor and empower consulting teams to achieve excellence, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
  • Business Development: Partner with sales and delivery teams to expand client engagements, secure new opportunities, and align Lumenalta’s offerings with market demand.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Lumenalta at industry events, contribute to publications, and establish yourself as a trusted voice in the consulting space.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee project delivery, ensuring outcomes are on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years in consulting, strategy, or technology leadership roles with demonstrated success in driving business growth and delivering client impact.
  • Client-Centric Approach: A natural relationship builder with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to think big-picture while translating complex challenges into actionable strategies.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their core services. General understanding of software development processes, architecture design principles, and systems integration.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to dive into new challenges, learn quickly, and bring innovative solutions to the table.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter with a passion for building, growing, and taking ownership of initiatives.
  • Communication: Advanced English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This role is open to candidates based in the United States only and will require travelling 20% of the time.
