What We’re Working On
We help organizations build resilient and scalable data foundations by managing the core reference data that drives operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and investment insight. Whether it’s securities, clients, or legal entities, our work ensures the right data is available at the right time across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Lead data quality (DQ) and master data management (MDM) initiatives within the investment management ecosystem.
- Design and implement frameworks to govern reference and security master data across systems and workflows.
- Collaborate with business, data, and technology stakeholders to define data models, validation rules, and lineage.
- Assess current-state data quality controls and implement measurable improvements to accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Oversee data onboarding, enrichment, and reconciliation processes for market, client, and product data.
- Partner with vendor and internal engineering teams to integrate and enhance MDM and DQ platforms.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications that align with product and regulatory needs.
- Provide functional expertise and thought leadership to both client and internal delivery teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders on best practices in data governance, metadata management, and enterprise data architecture.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in data management roles within asset management / investment management firms or technology vendors serving this industry.
- Proven expertise in both Data Quality and Master Data Management (security master, client, product, reference data domains).
- Hands-on experience implementing or integrating one or more of the following platforms:
- MDM tools: Informatica MDM, Markit EDM, GoldenSource, S&P, Bloomberg AIM, SimCorp Dimension, SAP MDG, TIBCO EBX, Ataccama ONE.
- DQ tools: Ataccama, Informatica, IBM Information Server, SAP, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of data governance, metadata, data lineage, and data modeling concepts.
- Previous experience as a Product Manager, Sales Engineer, or Consultant in data management or enterprise software environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes.
- Experience with SQL, data pipelines, and API integrations preferred.
