Technical Interviewer - Data Engineer

Your Role

• This position is to work with an internal team in the EST time zone.
• Conduct 2nd interviews that will test the technical depth of candidates and their suitability for positions available
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the business needs promptly
• Be a vital part of the recruitment team
• Be a part of the management team within recruitment to aid with hiring decision-making

Requirements

• Senior Data Engineer with a deep understanding of data architecture, AI/ML integration, and backend systems
• Strong experience designing and deploying scalable, data-driven applications
• You have at least 5 years of experience working as an Engineer on projects at scale.
• You have hired other engineers to join your team in the past.
• You have worked in a high-growth, dynamic company
• Advanced English level

Location

This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules.
