Your Role
- Conduct 2nd interviews that will test the technical depth of candidates and their suitability for positions available
- Collaborate with hiring managers to promptly understand and align with business needs.
- Play an essential role in the recruitment process, ensuring a high standard of technical evaluation.
Requirements
- You are a Sr Software engineer with a deep understanding of various languages such as JavaScript, Go, Python.
- You have at least 7 years of experience working as an Engineer on projects at scale and in enterprise environments.
- You have hired other engineers to join your team in the past.
- You have worked in a high-growth dynamic company
Additional Details
This is a part-time role requiring a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week, offering flexibility to fit into your existing professional schedule. This position is ideal for experienced professionals looking to contribute their expertise to shape the next generation of developer talent.

Salary
Salary range: $50k - $50k annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.
