Upcoming Project – Talent Pipeline
We are actively building a pipeline of experienced engineers for upcoming client projects. While some opportunities may begin soon, start dates are dependent on project timing.
What you’ll do
- Lead the build of modern web apps end-to-end with React and Node.js (TypeScript-first mindset).
- Own architecture decisions (API design, data modeling, performance, security) and keep systems simple, observable, and scalable.
- Mentor engineers through pairing, design docs, and thoughtful code reviews; set standards for quality and velocity.
- Ship iteratively with feature flags, CI/CD, and strong testing practices; measure outcomes, not outputs.
- Partner with product & design to shape discovery, break down work, and de-risk delivery.
- Uphold engineering excellence—clean abstractions, readable tests, good logs/metrics, and zero-drama deploys.
What you bring
- 10+ years building production web software; recent hands-on work across React + Node.js.
- Deep knowledge of TypeScript, modern React (hooks, context, server components), and Node.js runtime nuances.
- Strong grasp of web performance, accessibility, security (auth, OWASP, secrets), and API design (REST/GraphQL).
- Experience with datastores (Postgres/MySQL, Redis), queues/streams (e.g., SQS/Kafka), and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Comfortable with Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/CircleCI), and Infra-as-Code basics.
- Proven team leadership: planning, estimation, tech roadmapping, and growing engineers through feedback.
- Advanced English; clear written communication and crisp design docs.
- You write clean, well-documented, well-tested code and leave things better than you found them.
