About the Role
We’re seeking an Email & ABM Specialist to own marketing automation, nurture campaigns, and account-based execution. This role is responsible for building segmented campaigns that move prospects through the funnel, align with sales priorities, and tie to measurable pipeline impact. You’ll also be responsible for writing and QA’ing your own email copy and for building/validating account and contact lists in Clay.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, data-driven, and creative — someone who thrives on experimenting, iterating quickly, and finding smart solutions to challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage segmented email campaigns and multi-touch nurtures.
- Write engaging email copy tailored to different personas, verticals, and stages of the funnel.
- Build, validate, and refine target account and contact lists in Clay, ensuring accuracy and alignment with sales.
- Manage ABM campaign lists and integrations with Salesforce/Pardot (or HubSpot/Marketo).
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Specialist to align ad and email messaging for target accounts.
- Implement scoring, segmentation, and triggers to improve MQL→SQL conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to sales and leadership.
- Manage UTM and tracking to ensure attribution integrity across campaigns.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing automation (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Experience executing ABM campaigns and account segmentation.
- Demonstrated ability to write effective B2B email copy that drives engagement and conversion.
- Familiarity with Clay or other audience/list-building platforms; able to validate data quality.
- Knowledge of Salesforce (or another CRM) integrations.
- Strong grasp of email best practices (deliverability, personalization, compliance).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven.
Bonus If You Have
- Experience in consulting or technology services marketing.
- Knowledge of financial services, logistics, or TMT industries.
