About the role
Lumenalta partners with healthcare organizations to engineer scalable, compliant, and data-driven platforms powered by modern cloud and CRM technologies. We are seeking a senior Technical Product Manager to orchestrate a Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) initiative, acting as the key bridge between executive stakeholders, Salesforce architects, and engineering teams to ensure priorities are delivered seamlessly.
This is a deeply technical product role, but it is not a build role. You will not be writing code. You will need to understand how data actually moves, from Snowflake or AWS into Salesforce Data Cloud, well enough to lead technical conversations, pressure test a design, and resolve most questions on your own. At its core, however, the position focuses on requirements gathering, cross-functional alignment, and stakeholder management rather than hands-on data model architecture. Your value lies in understanding the technical landscape deeply enough to ask probing questions, translate complex concepts across technical and non-technical audiences, and keep interdisciplinary teams focused on shared goals.
This position operates in a dynamic, highly fluid environment. Priorities frequently pivot, initial requirements may be vague, and much of the day-to-day work emerges ad hoc rather than through structured planning. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in ambiguity, works autonomously, and turns unpredictability into momentum.
Relationships matter here. This is a visible, relationship-driven team, and the people who do well on it invest in trust with the client and with each other, stay present and reachable, and become known for following through.
Actively Hiring
We are hiring for a current opening on an active client project. This is a specific, presently open role. We review applications on a rolling basis and aim to move qualified candidates through our process promptly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead discovery with business and operational stakeholders to surface needs, data sources, and constraints, often before those needs have been clearly articulated.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria the delivery team can act on.
- Own the cross-platform data picture: how data flows from Snowflake or AWS into Salesforce Data Cloud, where it breaks down, and what that means for scope and sequencing.
- Partner with Salesforce architects and engineers on solution design, contributing to decisions on data models, integration patterns, and DataOps practices rather than owning implementation directly.
- Track and report delivery status and metrics, and coordinate user testing, keeping testing progress, results, and follow-ups visible to everyone.
- Coordinate a small cross-functional delivery team: sequencing work, tracking dependencies, surfacing risks early, and clearing blockers.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders, running working sessions, managing expectations, and keeping everyone aligned as priorities move.
- Fill gaps. When work falls between roles, a decision that needs a driver, documentation nobody owns, a follow-up that would otherwise be dropped, you pick it up.
- Maintain lightweight, useful documentation: requirements, decisions, solution summaries, and status.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Scrum Master, ideally in software or data-driven projects.
- Senior, substantial experience on Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) programs.
- Strong Salesforce Data Cloud depth: data streams, data lake objects, data modeling, identity resolution, and integration or ETL/ELT patterns. Enough to lead technical discussions with architects and engineers. Writing code is not expected.
- Cross-platform data fluency: a practical understanding of how data moves from Snowflake or AWS into Salesforce.
- Hands-on AI experience, including working with Claude and understanding how it connects to systems such as Salesforce and Snowflake.
- Practical experience with MCP connectors.
- Familiarity with headless Salesforce Data Cloud and the AI use cases built on top of it. Exposure to Salesforce AgentForce is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills. You can hold a room of executives and a room of engineers, and translate cleanly in both directions.
- Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
- Experience tracking delivery status, metrics, and user testing.
- A proactive ownership mindset.
- Experience in healthcare or another regulated, data-sensitive environment, including HIPAA and PHI handling, is a plus.
Location
This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules. In-person time with the client or team is nice to have, roughly once per quarter, and the role includes occasional travel to conferences in New York and San Francisco.
Application Deadline
Applications will be accepted until August 30, 2026. Candidates can expect feedback by September 7, 2026.
