Position Overview We are looking for a proficient Revenue Operations Manager to streamline internal workflows, oversee systems, and enhance overall operational effectiveness. This role will engage with multiple departments, operational teams, and specialized functions to improve collaboration and ensure smooth execution of business strategies. The ideal candidate is technologically adept, has strong business insight, and combines expertise in Salesforce, project management, and, preferably, contract administration. This person will serve as a crucial link between teams, implementing scalable solutions and driving impactful organizational improvements.

Key Responsibilities Salesforce Administration & Data Management

  • Act as a primary Salesforce administrator, ensuring optimal setup, upkeep, and user assistance.
  • Maintain data accuracy, generate reports, and analyze metrics to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with teams to refine and automate workflows, dashboards, and system integrations.

Project Management & Operational Efficiency

  • Oversee and contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving business operations.
  • Identify and integrate best practices to enhance processes and system performance.

Technology & System Optimization

  • Assess and suggest new tools and technologies to boost operational productivity.
  • Resolve system-related issues and coordinate with IT for necessary enhancements.
  • Educate internal teams on effective use of technology and best practices.

Business & Contracts Support

  • Assist in reviewing contracts, tracking compliance, and managing vendor agreements to reduce risks.
  • Work alongside legal and finance teams in negotiating and documenting contracts.
  • Ensure policies and business objectives are properly aligned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (preferred) or extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills (PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is a plus).
  • Deep business insight with the ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights.
  • Experience in contract management, legal documentation, or procurement processes.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft business applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management abilities.
  • Capable of thriving in a dynamic, technology-driven environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.

Salary

Salary range: $100k - $150k annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.

Position Details

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
