As a Materials Program Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain operations run smoothly, efficiently, and at the speed of innovation. This is a strategic role that interfaces with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional internal teams to manage materials readiness, availability, and visibility, while mitigating risk and driving process excellence.
What You'll Do
- Drive and enhance material planning processes to support high-velocity product development and manufacturing
- Manage the Clear-to-Build (CTB) process with suppliers and OEM partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve supply issues and influence decision-making using data-driven insights
- Leverage advanced modeling, forecasting, and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, VBA, SQL, Tableau) to ensure supply flexibility and minimize liabilities
- Deliver executive-level updates on supply chain health, critical materials, and industry trends
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering-related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in materials management or supply chain operations
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical component lead-times and production scheduling
- Proven track record of working directly with component suppliers and contract manufacturers to achieve supply goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights to leadership

Salary
Salary range: $36k - $60k annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.

Position Details
