What we're working on
Enterprise companies turn to us to help them launch innovative digital products that interact with hundreds of millions of customers, transactions and data points. The problems we solve every day are real and require creativity, grit and determination. We are building a culture that challenges norms while fostering experimentation and personal growth. In order to grasp the scale of problems we face, ideally, you have some exposure to Healthcare, Health Insurance, Group Benefits, or other complex multifactor industries.
As a Product Manager for Salesforce & Internal Platforms, you'll own strategy and execution for the product and operational workflow areas that power how the business runs — driving meaningful outcomes for members, customers, partners, and internal teams. This is a senior individual-contributor role with broad scope and influence: you'll shape product vision, define roadmap priorities, and lead cross-functional teams through execution with a high degree of autonomy. You'll partner deeply across Product, Engineering, Operations, Data, and go-to-market teams to modernize workflows, improve operational scalability, and evolve the systems that power the business — including platforms built within or integrated with Salesforce. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on product leader who thrives in ambiguity, thinks in systems, and enjoys solving complex operational and customer problems in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead modernization efforts across operational workflows and internal platforms, including systems built within or integrated with Salesforce.
- Help evolve the Salesforce ecosystem thoughtfully — evaluating when Salesforce is the right solution for workflow orchestration versus when alternative architectural or platform approaches are better suited.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more product areas, from vision and roadmap through delivery, launch, and iteration.
- Define and articulate a clear product vision aligned to company strategy, operational scalability, and measurable business outcomes.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Data, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deeply understand problems and shape scalable solutions.
- Define product requirements, write clear user stories, and prioritize the backlog based on business impact, user value, technical feasibility, and long-term maintainability.
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to improve platform scalability, reduce operational complexity, and create sustainable long-term technical solutions.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and execution to ensure roadmap commitments are delivered with quality, clarity, and measurable impact.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions, measure product performance, and continuously improve outcomes.
- Communicate product strategy, trade-offs, roadmap updates, risks, and launch plans to stakeholders and leadership.
- Influence without authority across teams, fostering a collaborative, customer-focused product culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, including ownership of complex, cross-functional product areas.
- Experience working closely with Salesforce platforms and cross-functional CRM or operational workflow teams.
- Strong understanding of workflow orchestration, process automation, and the tradeoffs of using Salesforce as both a CRM and an operational workflow platform.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive product strategy and execution in operationally complex environments.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to connect customer experience, operational workflows, data architecture, and technical platform decisions.
- Ability to partner effectively with Engineering and Architecture teams on scalable approaches for integrations, data models, and operational systems design.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience operating as a senior individual contributor within Agile development environments (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term product and platform strategy.
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data to drive prioritization and decision-making.
- A track record of delivering user-centered, high-impact solutions.
- Advanced English fluency, both written and verbal.
Nice to have
- Experience in health insurance or other regulated industries.
- Experience with Network, Insurance Product, CRM, and Sales Enablement workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystem modernization and operational workflow transformation.
- Experience with Claims, Payment Integrity, Enrollment & Eligibility, and Financial Systems.
- Experience with Digital Platforms — Member, Broker, and Employer Services.
- Experience with operational data platforms, systems integrations, or workflow automation.
