Role Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Expert to join our team. This role focuses on optimizing marketing campaigns and ensuring data-driven strategies that drive results. You will be responsible for managing social media and paid ad platforms, implementing tagging strategy, and analyzing performance data through Tealium, Tableau, and BigQuery. Collaborate closely with our marketing and data teams to provide actionable insights and improve ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across social media and paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Lead tagging, tracking, and data collection efforts to ensure comprehensive insights into user behaviors and campaign performance.
- Work with Tealium to manage tagging and data layer strategies.
- Use Tableau and BigQuery for in-depth analysis, reporting, and visualization of campaign metrics.
- Identify and execute on opportunities to enhance conversion rates and campaign ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, and funnel performance.
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize ad copy, creative, and bidding strategies to improve performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in digital marketing, with expertise in paid media strategy, analytics, and ad platform management.
- Deep experience in Google Ads (SA360), Meta, Bing, NextDoor, Pinterest, and other platforms, with advanced server-side tracking and attribution knowledge.
- Strong communicator with executive presence, skilled at delivering clear, data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Ad agency experience preferred to optimize and integrate platforms effectively as we aim to manage all paid media in-house.
Desired Expertise in Platforms:
- Ad Platforms: Google Ads, Meta, Liveramp, Yelp, Nexxen, Bing, NextDoor, Pinterest, Reddit.
- Customer Data & Automation Platforms: Transitioning from Tealium to either Salesforce or Adobe.
- Analytics & Reporting: Rebuilding the H&L dashboard and managing metrics in Tableau and other tools.
