About Lumenalta

Lumenalta is a modern professional services firm that partners with high-impact organizations to deliver transformative, data-driven, and AI-powered solutions. Backed by top-tier leadership and an exceptional track record of execution, we help clients move from insight to action—faster and smarter.

Position Overview:

The Solutions Marketing Manager turns what Lumenalta delivers into stories, plays and tools that help our sellers win. You'll package our solutions and accelerators by industry and use case, equip the sales team with clear messaging and on-brand materials, and turn real client outcomes into proof that moves deals forward. You'll work closely with marketing leadership, sales, partnerships, delivery and design, and with our agency partner on account-based marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Solutions and launch marketing:

  • Package Lumenalta's solutions and accelerators by industry and use case, defining positioning, value propositions and proof points.
  • Plan and run go-to-market launches for new accelerators and offerings, in partnership with our Partnerships and Strategic Alliances team.
  • Build industry plays for our priority industries, including target buyers, pain points, messaging and supporting content.
  • Provide messaging for industry and solution pages on our website.

Sales enablement:

  • Roll out our brand narrative and messaging to the sales team through pitch narratives, talk tracks, objection handling and training.
  • Own sales deck standards and governance with the design team, so every deck the field uses is on brand and on message.
  • Build and maintain the sales content library: decks, one-pagers, solution briefs and battle-ready proof points.
  • Turn win/loss insights into messaging and enablement updates.

Proof enablement:

  • Turn inputs from delivery and partnerships teams into finished case studies and use cases.
  • Develop content that supports account-based marketing programs executed with our agency partner.
  • Contribute solution expertise to thought leadership and executive content.

How we'll measure success

  • Sales team trained on the new brand narrative, with core pitch materials updated.
  • Solution and accelerator portfolio mapped, with positioning drafted for priority offerings.
  • First accelerator launch plan built with Partnerships.
  • Case study pipeline established with delivery leaders.

First Year:

  • Industry plays live for each priority industry.
  • Accelerator launches delivered on schedule, with measurable pipeline contribution.
  • High adoption of current, on-brand sales materials across the sales team.
  • A steady flow of published case studies and use cases.
  • Positive feedback from sellers on the usefulness of enablement materials.

Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years in product, solutions or partner marketing, ideally in B2B technology services or consulting.
  • A track record of launching offerings and building sales enablement programs that sellers actually use.
  • Working knowledge of data and AI concepts, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for business and technology leaders.
  • Strong writing and storytelling, from executive narratives to concise sales materials.
  • Experience working across sales, delivery and partnership teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Experience marketing within a cloud or data platform ecosystem, especially Databricks.
  • Experience with account-based marketing and co-sell programs.
  • Familiarity with one or more of our priority industries.
  • Comfort using AI tools to produce and scale marketing and enablement content.

What We Offer:
