Role Overview

We’re looking for a MarTech Solutions Architect with deep expertise in customer data platforms (CDP), data integration, and cross-channel activation. This role will lead the design and implementation of a centralized hub-and-spoke data model, ensuring unified data collection, identity resolution, and privacy-first activation across marketing and analytics channels.

You will partner with marketing, product, engineering, and analytics teams to design scalable data layers, implement event schemas, and connect systems like Braze, paid media platforms, and analytics tools. Your work will empower lifecycle marketing, personalization, and advanced segmentation to drive growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unified data layer & event schema: Define and manage standardized event tracking and attributes across app/web touchpoints.
  • Audience management: Enable audience creation, segmentation, and activation for lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Tracking & attribution: Configure deep link tracking and campaign tactics (upsell, cross-sell, retention) with server-side attributes.
  • Identity resolution & consent management: Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CASL) while maintaining accurate user identity stitching across devices/channels.
  • Collaboration & enablement: Partner with data, engineering, and marketing teams to align schemas, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in MarTech, CDP, or marketing data engineering/architecture.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and managing CDPs (e.g., Segment, mParticle, Adobe RT-CDP, Salesforce CDP, Tealium AudienceStream).
  • Strong knowledge of event tracking, tag management, and data layer design.
  • Proven expertise integrating Braze, marketing automation, analytics, and paid media platforms.
  • Understanding of identity resolution frameworks, consent management, and privacy-first data practices.
  • Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or similar for data validation and reporting.
  • Strong communicator who can translate technical architectures into actionable marketing strategies.
Desired Expertise in Platforms
  • CDPs: Segment, mParticle, Adobe RT-CDP, Salesforce CDP, Tealium AudienceStream.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Braze (preferred), Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Analytics & Data: GA4, BigQuery, Tableau, Snowflake.
