About the Role
We’re looking for a senior AdTech Engineer to lead and implement a full programmatic advertising stack for a US-based client. You know this ecosystem inside and out — from real-time bidding and ad decisioning to CTV/OTT delivery and data pipelines.
What You’ll Do
- Implement and integrate a full programmatic ad stack end-to-end
- Build and monitor data pipelines for ad decision logs, telemetry, and service health
- Support addressable advertising, dynamic ad insertion, and viewer session tracking
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert across the full AdTech ecosystem
Required Skills
- Ad Servers: FreeWheel, GAM
- Demand/SSP Partners: Magnite, SpotX, Pubmatic, Xandr, OpenX, Index, Amazon Publisher Services, Roku
- Header Bidding & Mediation: StackAdapt
- Campaign Management: OMS — orders, budgets, flights, targeting
- Observability: Elastic — operational logging, service health
- Video Ad Standards: VAST, VPAID, VMAP, OpenRTB, SSAI/DAI
- Cloud: AWS or GCP
- Data & Streaming: Kafka, Spark or Flink, BigQuery/Snowflake/Redshift
- Languages: Python, Java, or Go

- Invidi — Addressable ad decisioning
- Conviva — Playback telemetry, viewer sessions
- CTV/OTT streaming platform experience
- Prior client-facing or consultative engineering background
Location
This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules.
