What You’ll Do
- Lead company-wide financial forecasting, cash flow modeling, and long-term planning.
- Create dynamic models to support debt strategy, capital allocation, and profitability scenarios.
- Partner directly with our Private Equity sponsor on reporting, performance updates, and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain forward-looking financial models aligned to the evolving business model.ls
- Deliver board-ready analysis that supports business cases, growth planning, and M&A evaluation.
- Track and interpret performance trends across business units, identifying areas of risk and opportunity.
- Support leadership with actionable insights around margin optimization, staffing, and cost structure.
- Establish and refine core FP&A processes as the business scales.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or strategic finance
- Deep understanding of financial statements and business modeling fundamentals
- Proven experience forecasting cash flow, debt structures, and EBITDA performance
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills—able to distill complex data for exec and investor audiences
- Skilled at working across departments to gather inputs and pressure-test assumptions
- Bonus: Experience in a PE-backed business or services/consulting environment
- Bonus: Exposure to board reporting, exit planning, or M&A support

Salary
Salary range: $75k - $175k annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.

Position Details
This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
