Director, Tech Talent Acquisition

Lumenalta, a leading global technology services organization, seeks a dynamic Director of Technical Talent Acquisition with a keen eye for talent and creative sourcing capabilities to oversee our global talent sourcing, recruiting and talent acquisition strategy roadmap and development. Reporting to the C-suite, You will serve as a thought leader for attracting and selecting the best and partnering to retain talent and continue to make Lumenalta a leader in the RemoteNative experience.

Your Role

  • Lead recruitment efforts focused on all business functions, with a heavy emphasis on technical roles.
  • Partner with executives and other business leaders to identify and fill current talent needs and pipeline for future openings, and create a strategy to further develop talent pipelines with a deep focus on a remote geographic diversity.
  • Refine functional tracking tools and systems to support the effective collection, integration, and sharing of information to support the organization's broader recruitment needs. Manage and track the strategic use of sourcing tools and resources, including SEO/SEM, job boards, and internal technology.
  • Effectively manage and/or lead executive searches for open positions across the organization, including developing search strategies and leveraging other staff.
  • Contribute to the ongoing measurement, assessment and reporting on recruitment function performance with the goal of continuous improvement.
  • Work with the appropriate teams to refine core competency screening models and behavioural-based interviewing practices.


  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience supporting a PE-backed global engineering organization.
  • Experience in the consulting and/or professional services industries, in addition to technology.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the technology and/or services business with a passion for attracting creative talent.
  • Ability to develop and implement successful recruitment, sourcing, and selection strategies.
  • Superior organizational and process management skills, as demonstrated. by an ability to manage multiple detailed projects and drive toward deadlines.
  • Knowledge of and experience with technology tools to support the recruitment function.
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong experience developing networks of candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen and adapt messages.
  • Experience communicating and presenting ideas in a board of directors setting.
