Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Adobe Analytics solutions, including tag management, data layer design, and event tracking customization.
- Define and maintain XDM schemas to standardize data collection and integration across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize website metrics, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Lead the planning and execution of the upgrade to server-side tagging within the Adobe suite
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on implementing tracking codes, JavaScript snippets, and HTML elements for data collection and reporting.
Requirements
- Proficiency in structured and logical thinking, effective problem-solving, issue resolution, and meticulous attention to data.
- Familiar with web development technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, JSON, and data layer implementation.
- Knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing.
- Experience with Adobe Adobe Launch Server Side tagging
- Experience collaborating with global teams.
- Project-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated work style with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud and RTCDP is a plus.
- Native-level English proficiency with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear articulation of complex concepts.
