What You'll Do
- Lead a team of data engineers on Snowflake-based projects
- Architect and optimize scalable ELT pipelines and data models
- Guide best practices in Python, SQL, dbt, and AWS across the team
- Translate business needs into technical plans and coordinate execution
- Review code, support team growth, and ensure high delivery standards
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering or data architecture
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including performance tuning and data modeling
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in a team lead or staff engineer role
- Advanced SQL and Python skills
- Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, and AWS
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Salary
Salary range: $70k - $130k annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.

Position Details
