What you’ll do
- Lead technical strategy for enterprise data & AI solutions
- Guide architecture for data platforms, ML systems, and AI applications
- Translate business needs into scalable, secure technical designs
- Run architecture workshops and pre-sales solutioning with clients
- Define best practices for responsible AI, data security, and governance
- Oversee full model lifecycle—from development to deployment and monitoring
- Mentor engineers and support technical decision-making
- Evaluate emerging technologies to shape future solutions
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in data architecture, AI/ML solution design, or engineering leadership
- Strong experience with modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery)
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiar with MLOps tools, model deployment, and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven experience designing ML models in production environments
- Skilled communicator across technical and business teams
- Bonus: Experience with LLMs, vector databases, or RAG frameworks
- Bonus: Experience sharing technical insights via blogs, talks, or other channels

Salary
Salary range: $120k - $280k annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.

Position Details
