We help global enterprises evaluate and scale multi-cloud data strategies. Our projects involve cloud FinOps, enterprise data migration assessments, and building business cases that shape multi-million-dollar investments. We combine deep data expertise with strategic consulting to help executives make high-impact technology decisions.

What you’ll do

• Lead the development of enterprise business cases for large-scale data and cloud initiatives
• Define, analyze, and compare multi-cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, Databricks, custom platforms)
• Build cost models across capex/opex, licensing, write-downs, and multi-year ROI scenarios.
• Generate insights and recommendations that guide executive decision-making.
• Present business case findings to senior leadership with clarity and authority
• Partner with stakeholders across business, finance, and technology to align strategy
• Identify the data required (e.g., cloud FinOps metrics) and ensure the integrity of the analysis
• Operate independently, setting direction without requiring step-by-step instruction

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in data strategy, cloud economics, or enterprise consulting
• Proven ability to define and present executive-level business cases for large technology investments
• Expertise in financial modeling for multi-cloud and data platform strategies (Azure, AWS, Databricks)
• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, cost attribution models, and FinOps practices
• Strategic thinker with the ability to connect technical, financial, and business dimensions
• Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives
• Skilled at balancing detail-oriented data analysis with high-level strategic insight
• Bonus: Background in management consulting, business architecture, or technology advisory
• Bonus: Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services)
