As a Client Partnership Manager, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and expanding key client relationships. Your role will focus on driving collaboration, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for clients to maximize the value of their partnership with us.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build Partnerships: You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, building relationships that are based on trust and mutual respect.
  • Drive Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, translating them into action plans that deliver results.
  • Maximize Value: Proactively identify opportunities to expand the partnership and ensure clients are getting the most out of our collaboration.
  • Strategic Growth: Help clients identify areas where they can grow their engagement with us, deepening the partnership.
  • Own Client Success: You’ll take full responsibility for each client’s journey, ensuring satisfaction and partnership growth.

Technical Background:

  • Basic understanding of technical products to facilitate smooth communication between clients and teams.
  • Capable of engaging in technical discussions when needed, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships.
