About the candidate:

The ideal candidate for this role is a skilled writer and self-editor with a strong marketing mindset, capable of producing brand-aligned content that bridges customer journey gaps and meets traffic targets. They excel in communication and collaboration, fostering productive partnerships with marketing team members and subject matter experts. Detail-oriented, creative, and committed to brand consistency, they also grasp SEO best practices. Experience in B2B or digital/business consultancy content development is preferred, along with exceptional time management skills for handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.

About the job:

The primary responsibility of this role will be to write marketing content in collaboration with the Director of Content Marketing and Strategy to develop an array of assets that highlight our values and services to prospective clients. These assets include but are not limited to landing pages, case studies, blogs, and video scripts. Additionally, it entails working with the SEO specialist and product team members to ideate topics and develop outlines for content tailored to Lumenalta’s target audiences and business objectives. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail, a deep understanding of brand consistency, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal creative teams. This role reports to the Director of Content Marketing and Strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, engaging, and persuasive content across various formats, including landing pages, case studies, blog posts, and video scripts.
  • Collaborate with the agency's SEO and digital marketing teams to optimize content for search engines, incorporating relevant keywords and phrases while maintaining a natural, engaging writing style.
  • Conduct in-depth research on digital transformation trends, technologies, best practices, and the agency's service offerings to ensure that the content is accurate, authoritative, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Craft compelling case studies and success stories that highlight the agency's expertise, showcasing the real-world impact of their digital transformation solutions on client businesses.
  • Contribute to the agency's blog and other content channels, providing valuable insights, industry analysis, and thought leadership content to position the agency as a subject matter expert in the digital transformation space.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to ideate innovative content topics that set Lumenalta apart from the competition.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and voice across all content assets, aligning with the agency's overall marketing and communication strategy.
  • Adapt and repurpose existing content for different formats and channels, such as turning blog posts into social media campaigns or transforming case studies into video scripts.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless content integration and timely delivery of projects.
  • Contribute to the development of content marketing strategies, editorial calendars, and content plans aligned with the agency's business objectives and target audience segments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in writing, editing, or content creation, preferably within a marketing or agency environment
  • Exceptional editing and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to review and refine content to ensure clarity, coherence, and adherence to brand standards
  • Experience working in content following SEO guidance to drive web traffic
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, brand strategy, and the role of content in achieving marketing goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
  • Adaptable to changing project requirements and evolving brand strategies
  • Proven ability to think innovatively and speak to sophisticated audiences
